2.3 Complaints
2.3.1
Every effort is made to ensure that all students have a positive experience during their time at ÌÇÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBÕ¾. However, students can make a complaint if they are dissatisfied with an aspect of their experience.
2.3.2
ÌÇÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBÕ¾ maintains a Complaints Procedure which sets out the process for students to make a complaint, and for how ÌÇÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBÕ¾ will deal with it. This procedure adheres to the .
2.3.3
Students may submit a complaint relating to any aspect of their experience whilst a student at ÌÇÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBÕ¾. However, concerns about ÌÇÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBÕ¾ policy or governance should be raised through the ÌÇÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBÕ¾ Students’ Union.

Once the Complaints Procedure has been concluded, students who do not feel their case has been resolved adequately may refer matters for external review to the .
